Professional bass angler Nick Young of Nampa predicts bass fishing will turn on this weekend at C.J. Strike Reservoir.

“It’s going to be a like a light switch,” he said.

Despite the “warmwater” classification, he knows bass will bite a lure in nearly any weather condition.

Nick Young of Nampa is a professional bass angler who fishes year-round. He can catch bass in virtually any conditions short of ice fishing (and that’s because he doesn’t have to).
